Wet Bike

I think your problem is the air filter. when a cheap OEM filter (made of paper) is used it works great when dry, but even mild humidity can cause it to suffocate the engine. a good filter made of oiled cotton is best. K&N sells their filter for about $45 or 20 pound UK. I just put one on my Radian and immediatly started having fewer problems riding in the rain.

another solution is to have a tune-up performed with new spark plugs, and tune and syncronize the carbs. this will ensure optimal fuel-air mixture and combustion.

hope this helps.
